Rest in pieces, you Burmese gooks! These are fantasies of US foreign policy turned into action cartoons. Even John Rambo has recently been back in the field, turning Asia into a giant free-fire zone. Tony Stark, you da man, kick that swarthy towel-headed butt. Bing-bang-boom and the black turbans bite the dust - like so many Middle Eastern Apaches. #No one likes an angry giant the incredible hulk freeRobert Downey jnr in Iron Man flies into Afghanistan under his own jet propulsion pack to free Afghani villagers from the nasty forces of global terror - uninvited, of course. There's very little heroism in any of them because they're about superpower anxiety and fantasies of military supremacy rather than anything selfless. #No one likes an angry giant the incredible hulk movieThey are a blight on the movie landscape: overblown, banal, numbingly noisy epics of emptiness aimed at the desperate American desire for righteous heroes. Bruce Banner, Peter Parker, Wolverine, even Clark Kent just won't go away. #No one likes an angry giant the incredible hulk fullI'd like to see a movie about an under-performing hero or just someone who didn't go weird on the full moon. These guys have crafted more movie superheroes than anyone would have thought possible, or desirable. Anything with tights, webs or underpants worn on the outside, in fact. #No one likes an angry giant the incredible hulk seriesHurd produced Aliens and co-wrote and produced the Terminator series Arad is the ex-CEO of Marvel Studios, and is now producing the Iron Man and Spider-Man movies through his own production company Feige is president of Marvel Studios, overseeing the whole production schedule of Marvel movie madness: X-Men, Spider-Man, Fantastic Four and Iron Man. Ross encouraged and pushed Blonsky to compete with a monster that he had no way to beat, until Blonsky turned himself into a monster to even the playing field.THE Hulk is incredible again, in the worst way. The summary is, Blonsky is an addict to competing. Instead, Ross gives another dose of the untreated serum to Blonsky, which would not only further increase his competitive side and his over confidence, but also starts to mutate his body. Disobeying orders from your commanding officer so that you can taunt the Hulk is one hell of a side effect. He mentioned that at the first sign of a side effect, Blonsky would be sidelined. Ross should have then pulled Blonsky from the team. Considering he probably doesn't have the greatest self-awareness, Blonsky isn't going to see this is his own fault, but rather be angry at the alleged murderer who still managed to humiliate him. He goes toe to toe with Hulk, and gets overly confident, resulting in Hulk "turning every bone in his body to gravel". The serum likely increased Blonsky's competitive energy as well as making him more confident. So then Ross promises him that he can make him a super soldier. Still, his motivation for capturing Banner doesn't quite seem personal. He's a smart soldier, who should've been able to catch Banner, but he's not in the prime of his life anymore, and he wasn't prepared for Hulk. In their first encounter, Blonsky is embarrassed. Blonsky thinks that Bruce is a violent monster, and doesn't understand the nuance of the Hulk situation. Don't forget that Blonsky was told by Ross that Banner was implicated in the deaths of several people. ![]()
